"Jack and the Beanstalk--The Panto" promises to be the most sought after production of this Millennium season--and you can play an important role.

'Jack and the Beanstalk--The Panto' is Grace & Competra's first theatrical venture (December 26, 1999 through January 2, 2000 at Santa Barbara's historic and beautiful Lobero Theatre). It will be widely advertised and discussed on TV, radio and the printed media. In Santa Barbara itself there will be an extensive campaign of school visits, exhibits, flyers and mailings.

The Annual Panto will become a beloved winter holiday event (featuring a different fairy tale each year) and our sponsors have the opportunity to participate in this first exciting year--plus, be the first to share in our future plans. Other theatrical ventures are in the works--and all will be produced at the highest level of professionalism.

'Jack and the Beanstalk--The Panto' enjoys strong support from the Santa Barbara Arts Commission, a wide range of influential community members, Santa Barbara's First Night committee, and many others. It will be the most highly visible professional family entertainment in town between Christmas and into the Millennium festivities, when many visitors to Santa Barbara are expected.
